We prioritize your safety. Here is how we handle weather disruptions to ensure fair play.
1Before Class Starts
Not in Pool
- If both coach and student agree to cancel, a 100% credit refund is issued.
- Wait time: 10–15 minutes for weather to clear.
- If weather persists, full refund is mandatory.
2Class Started
Less than 30 Mins
Compensated in 10-min blocks for future classes.
Example: Swam 20m → Get 30m Credit
More than 45 Mins
Lesson considered Completed. No refund.
Lightning Safety Warning
If lightning is detected, all activities must stop immediately regardless of time elapsed. Safety is our non-negotiable priority. Compensation rules apply based on time.
