Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Cancellation Rules

• Advance Notice: You may cancel your booking up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund (issued as credit).
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 6 hours of the lesson start time are non-refundable.
• Coach Cancellation: If a coach cancels the session at any time, you will receive a 100% refund or credit.

Refund Processing

Refunds are primarily issued as Splash Nest Credits, which can be used for future bookings. Monetary refunds to original payment methods are processed on a case-by-case basis and may take 5-7 business days.
