"Founder & Chief Coach of Splash Nest Coaching Network. She has been teaching swimming since 2009 and is a certified Lifeguard Instructor as well as a National Lifesaving Competition medalist. Currently pursuing her Master’s in Strength & Conditioning at the University of Malaya (UM), she combines swimming, water safety, exercise science, and aquatic movement training in her coaching. She is also the lead coach for Aqua Reset by Splash Nest, focusing on low-impact water training, adult water confidence, and aqua phobia support through a calm and progressive approach."
